Rocky Ridge Cliff
The Cliff is a rocky ridge (about 500 feet high) that borders the southern boundaries of the property. The property line extends beyond those cliffs. Great hiking on the property up and over the cliffs, and the view from the cliffs of the Florida River and San Juan mountain ranges is nice.
Rocky Ridge Cliff
The property contains 200-year-old spruce trees (biggest ones I have seen in Colorado), and the area does not appear to have ever been logged. It is either virgin forest, or close to virgin forest. In any state other than Colorado, this land would have been made into a State Park.
